Terms of Use and Privacy Policy — NoorMind
These Terms of Use govern the downloading, access to, and use of the NoorMind mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "APP"), owned by MAMIS IMPACT, available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple Store (iOS), and accessible via links on the official website https://noormind.app/.
The user agrees to these terms by downloading and using the application. By accessing the APP, the user acknowledges having accepted and agreed to these terms of use and the privacy policy without reservation.
1. APPLICATION OWNER
MAMIS IMPACT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Tarascon Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 99290872300016 (hereinafter "MAMIS IMPACT"), whose registered office is located at 111 Avenue de Stalingrad, 13200 Arles, France, and whose contact email address is [email protected], is the owner and operator of the NoorMind app.
2. PURPOSE
The NoorMind app was developed to provide users with simple, quick, and convenient access to well-being content via their mobile devices: motivational quotes, daily affirmations, positive psychology exercises, inspirational vocabulary, and other information of general interest (hereinafter the "Content").
3. COMPATIBLE DEVICES
The application is available for free on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading, and updating apps as determined by the respective app stores.
4. START-UP AND SUBSCRIPTION
Upon first launch, the user is invited to optionally answer questions related to general information (first name, state of mind, goals). Users can configure the frequency and number of reminders/notifications they wish to receive.
All this information can be modified at any time via the settings panel. NoorMind offers:
Free Version: Limited content for testing the suitability of the service.
Premium Version: Full access via subscription plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Payment is processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The terms and conditions of these stores apply to transactions.
5. HOW TO USE THE APP
The main screen displays affirmations. Users can share them or select them as favorites. Depending on the settings, NoorMind sends push notifications with the selected content.
5.1 General Settings
The settings icon allows users to modify the provided information (name, gender identity, areas of interest), manage their subscription, and access the Terms of Service and FAQ.
5.2 Categories
The "Categories" menu allows users to define content categories (stress, love, career, etc.), view favorites, and manage user-created content.
5.3 Customization (Backgrounds)
The "Backgrounds" section allows users to customize the font, colors, typography, and backgrounds on which the reminders are displayed.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The rights to NoorMind are the exclusive property of MAMIS IMPACT (reproduction, distribution, public communication). Third parties holding rights to the included logos or photos have granted the necessary permissions. Any reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized publication constitutes a violation of MAMIS IMPACT's rights.
6.1 User Content
Users may create and share their own statements ("User Content"). The user is solely responsible for the legality and reliability of these publications.
By publishing on NoorMind, you guarantee:
(i) that you own the rights to this content;
(ii) that this publication does not violate any third-party rights (privacy, copyright).
MAMIS IMPACT reserves the right to delete any account that violates these rules. You grant MAMIS IMPACT a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content within the APPS.
7. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), your data is processed by MAMIS IMPACT as the Data Controller.
7.1 Data Processed
We collect:
Data provided: First name (optional), gender (optional), mood.
Automatic data: IP address, browser/device characteristics, operating system, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), language, country, and usage data (diagnostic logs, errors).
Location: Data based on IP address (accuracy varies depending on your device settings).

7.3 Data Recipients
Your data is processed confidentially. It is only transferred to strictly necessary service providers (banks, hosting providers).
7.4 International Transfers
NoorMind is a global application. The user consents to the transfer of their data to the following providers (guaranteeing an adequate level of protection via Standard Contractual Clauses):
Storage & Analytics: Google Inc. (Firebase/Analytics), Amazon Web Services (Hosting).
Support & Internal Management: Notion Labs, Inc., Slack Technologies (Salesforce), Typeform (Spain).
Payments: Apple Store / Google Play Store
7.5 Exercising Your Rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.

7.6 Minors
NoorMind is intended for adults. MAMIS IMPACT does not knowingly collect data from minors. If such collection is detected, the data will be immediately deleted.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
MAMIS IMPACT is committed to providing a high-quality service but disclaims all liability for:
Service interruptions due to network outages, viruses, or third-party malware.
Improper or illegitimate use of the app by users.
Damage caused by external negligence affecting the user's equipment.
The user agrees to indemnify MAMIS IMPACT (as well as its employees and subsidiaries) against any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, arising from their breach of these terms and conditions or any law.
9. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity will only affect that provision. The other clauses will remain in full force and effect.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to NoorMind will be governed by French law.
Businesses: Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of MAMIS IMPACT's registered office (Arles/Tarascon).
Individuals: Disputes will be governed by the laws of the user's country of residence. For the European Union, the online dispute resolution platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
